Gorbea Facial Plastic Surgery / Enrique Gorbea, MD may send text messages to patients and prospective patients who provide their mobile phone number and opt in to receive communications. We operate two distinct messaging programs:
Non-Marketing Messages: Appointment reminders and confirmations, follow-up notices, service updates, and customer support communications. These are sent to patients who consent to non-marketing service messages.
Marketing Messages: Promotional offers, special announcements, and practice updates. These are sent only to individuals who provide separate, explicit consent for marketing communications.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may receive services from Gorbea Facial Plastic Surgery / Enrique Gorbea, MD without consenting to receive SMS messages of any kind.

Enrollment
You may enroll in our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box on any form on our website, including our Contact Us and consultation request forms. Separate consent checkboxes are provided for non-marketing service messages and marketing messages.

Check the appropriate consent box(es) — one for non-marketing service messages and, separately, one for marketing messages.
You will receive a confirmation message once enrolled. Keep this as a record of your opt-in.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Contact us directly to update your preferences.
Opt Out
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP: Text STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will then be unsubscribed.
Email Us: Send an opt-out request to [email protected] with your name and mobile number.
Call Us: Contact our office at 787-667-3848 and request to be removed from our SMS program.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your opt-out request to be fully processed.
Opting out of marketing messages does not automatically opt you out of non-marketing service messages (such as appointment reminders). If you wish to opt out of all SMS communications, please indicate that specifically when contacting us.

If you have previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, you may re-enroll at any time by:
Rates & Carriers
Message and data rates may apply for all SMS messages sent to you from Gorbea Facial Plastic Surgery / Enrique Gorbea, MD and for messages you send to us. Please contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your specific text plan or data charges.
